Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the EnrollEZplatform (“the Platform”), operated by STI College. By creating an account, submitting an application, or using any feature of the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

§01Eligibility

To create an account you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Be at least 13 years old. Applicants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian's consent to register and to submit personal information.
• Not be barred from receiving services under Philippine law.

§02Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us at support@enrollez.cloud immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
• One account per applicant. Sharing accounts, automating account creation, or creating duplicate accounts to circumvent our processes is prohibited.

§03Application honesty & document authenticity

You confirm that:

• All information you submit (personal, academic, contact) is true, accurate, and your own.
• All documents you upload (Form 137, PSA Birth Certificate, Certificate of Good Moral, 2×2 photo, Transcript of Records, etc.) are genuine, unaltered, and belong to you.
• Submitting forged, altered, or fraudulent documents is grounds for immediate rejection of your application, account termination, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

§04Application decisions

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Each branch's admissions staff reviews applications on the merits, in their sole discretion, and in accordance with the policies of STI College and applicable Philippine education regulations.

We may approve, reject, request revision, or override an earlier decision at any time before final enrollment. You will be notified of any status change by email.

§05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform, its servers, or its security features.
• Attempt to access another user's account, files, or branch data.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Platform without our prior written permission.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or content that violates the rights of others or applicable law.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

§06Branch subscriptions (for institutional users)

Branches that use EnrollEZ on a paid plan (PRO, ENTERPRISE) agree to the additional terms set out in their subscription order. Billing cycles, plan upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the plan in effect at the time. Plan limits and feature availability are described in the in-app Billing screen.

§07Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, source code, branding, and documentation are the property of STI College and its licensors. You retain ownership of the personal data and documents you submit; you grant us a limited licence to process them as described in our Privacy Policy.

§08Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every conceivable attack. You use the Platform at your own risk.

§09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, STI College and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you have paid (if any) for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

§10Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, submit fraudulent information, or pose a risk to other users or to STI College. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@enrollez.cloud. Closure does not erase records we are required to keep under Philippine education law and our retention schedule.

§11Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at the email address on your account at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is your acceptance of the revised Terms.

§12Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform will be brought before the proper courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila, to the exclusion of other venues.
